Kwik Fit Konga

Rev those engines and gear up to party with the Kwik Fit Konga!

After an exhausting year, Kwik Fit wanted to fuel the festive season with a tyred and tested branded game and great voucher rewards!

Treading new ground

2020 is not a year that will go down in the annals of time as being one of ‘fun’. But that didn’t deter the folks at Kwik Fit!

No strangers to branded games, this year they wanted to create a festive campaign with a difference.  They opted for a super charged campaign, fronted by an advent calendar style prize system with clear sign posting back to Kwik Fit’s products.

We liked the catalogue of games and the variation to choose from. The conga game was very fun and engaging, it was immediately something that we thought would work well for us.

Kwik Fit Konga

In a year of no physical office Christmas parties, Kwik Fit brought the festivities home with an online party everyone could take part in.

Featuring an office decorated in tinsel, tyres and characters donning Kwik Fit boiler suits to the virtual disco, the game had a core focus on fun but with key reminders of the brand at the heart of the campaign.

The support was excellent throughout, and making adjustments even after the original agreed timings (e.g. setting up the Dutch version of the game) was never an issue. The team made working on the game very easy.

Voucher rewards

In addition to daily prizes, Kwik Fit also wanted to reward their players with discounts on their services with a voucher rewards system, where players could unlock either a 5%, 7% or a 10% discount when they achieved above set scores.

With the codes copied over 880 times from within the game, we’re certain the players appreciated them too!

Wheely good fun for everyone!

The game was such a hit that during the build process, Kwik Fit decided to launch 3 other instances of the game; one to their customer base in the Netherlands as well as dedicated versions of the game to boost employee engagement for Kwik Fit staff in both markets.

The icing on the brake

The game not only met Kwik Fit’s performance expectations, it exceeded them! With an overall average engagement time just shy of 20 minutes per player and an overall opt-in rate of over 40%, we’re pumped that the game was loved by Kwik Fit customers and staff alike.

We really can’t recommend Peek & Poke enough for anyone looking for an engaging branded game. The team were professional and prompt from start to finish, the support available went above all expectations, and the campaign performance was fantastic!
