That said, nobody’s perfect, and sometimes despite everyone’s best efforts, a game campaign might not resonate with your audience.

Perhaps it lands at the wrong time, or perhaps your customers simply don’t like playing games (unlikely, but hey-ho). Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about that… Oh wait, yes there is!

We want you to feel 100% confident that buying a Peek & Poke game is the right choice.

So, in the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with your game or the performance of our service, we’ll either give you your money back, or provide you with another game absolutely free! Seriously!

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one, we just have a few conditions which we’re sure you’ll find reasonable…

If your game is for an online campaign:
- You must NOT have run a “Top Spot” competition (see below).
- You’ll need to make your claim within 30 days of launching.
- You’ll need to send us some evidence that you’ve promoted it (e.g. emails, social media posts, etc.).
If your game is for an in-person trade show or event, you’ll need to make your claim within 7 days of your first show.
This guarantee applies to our ready-to-go game service only.

What’s a “Top Spot” competition?

This is where you offer a prize (or prizes) to the player(s) in the top positions on the game leaderboard. This is almost always a bad idea for a number of reasons. Everyone that does it thinks they’ll be the exception to this. They aren’t. Please don’t do it. 😉

How do I claim?

All you need to do is email us at [email protected] explaining the reason why you’re claiming. We may want to dig into the detail a little to find out if we could have done something better at our end, but otherwise we’ll aim to get your request processed as soon as we can.

Anything else?

If you’ve not yet launched your game, then under our Ready-to-go Terms of Business, you’re free to terminate our agreement at any time for a full refund (See clause 13.1).

Should we refund you we’ll aim to action this within 14 days, subject to receipt of your bank details. Our obligations under the Terms of Business will then immediately terminate.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse any refund request we feel is unreasonable.
