How much does a branded game cost?

It totally depends! If you’re wanting to build your very own custom game from scratch, you’ll be looking at tens and possibly hundreds of thousands of pounds. That’s why we’ve developed white-label games for clients to customise and licence out, meaning they can reap the benefits of gamification without spending a fortune on their own game. You can choose from our collection of ready-to-go games or tailor a game to your brand and wider campaign.

Which countries do you supply to?

Our games are digital products that can be purchased and used all over the world. We regularly work with clients in the UK, USA, Europe, and elsewhere around the globe! 🌎

What currency can I pay in?

We price our games in GBP (£), EUR (€), and USD ($), but our online store will allow you to pay using your currency of choice. When you’re ready to place an order for a ready-to-go game, simply head to the checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

I don’t have a company credit card. Can you invoice me instead?

Yes, we can. When you place an order for a ready-to-go game, select the ‘Send me an invoice’ option at the checkout and we’ll do just that.

Important: While you’ll be able to start setting up your game right away, you won’t be able to actually launch the game until we have received payment.

Will I get a dedicated account manager?

Ready-to-go: For the Budget/Essential/Standard package, you’ll order the game and set it up yourself using our handy setup guides and videos. If you choose the Premium package, you’ll be allocated a friendly account manager who’ll take care of everything for you.

Tailored: You’ll have a dedicated account manager who’ll work closely with you to understand your project requirements and guide you throughout the entire process.

How long will it take?

Ready-to-go: You can order the game online, set it up immediately, and launch your campaign once the invoice has been paid. Ready-to-go games are ideal for a quick turnaround but the timescale is really up to you!

Tailored: Projects are usually completed within 3-12 weeks. Timescales will be dependent on your project requirements, sign-off times, and your preferred campaign dates.

Do you offer a subscription model to use multiple games?

Ready-to-go: Yes, we offer a 12-month multi-game licence (available on request).

Tailored: There’s always the option to extend the licence period or re-licence your game again at a later date. If this is something you’re interested in exploring, please mention it to your account manager or get in touch.

Do I own the game once purchased?

No. Whether it’s for an online campaign or an event, we licence the games for the specified licence periods (e.g. 1 week / 1 month / 1 year). Learn more about the different campaign types for ready-to-go games.

Do you have a guarantee?

Our ready-to-go clients are covered by our Ready-to-go Money Back Guarantee. We’re confident you, your team, and your target audience will love your ready-to-go game. However, if for some reason you’re not satisfied with the results, we’ll give you your money back!
