How do games for trade show booths work?

1. Pick a game and package

Choose a game from our selection of recommended games for events and then decide what package is best suited to your budget or requirements. You can choose to tailor a game to your brand – customising it to match your campaign or booth theme.

If you love a game as it is or don’t want to change a game too much, choose from our selection of ready-to-go games. Whatever you decide, we can work with you to customize a game to your needs and your budget.

2. Decide whether you’ll be running a competition

Whether you choose to offer on-the-spot prizes or a free prize draw at the end of the event, you can take advantage of the leaderboard functionality which is built-in to all games to create a competitive buzz and capture compliant data for follow-up campaigns. You can even create more of a buzz by permanently displaying your leaderboard on a separate screen!

A game can be a great alternative (or addition) to lead retrieval devices. Collecting leads at an event is easy, simply make sure that your available form fields suit your needs and that your privacy, T&C’s and marketing opt-in info are updated. When people play your game their data will be collected and safely stored ready for you to download. After your event it’s easy to extract your leads – just access your game admin panel where you can easily click to export your data.

3. Deploy the game

There are loads of different ways of integrating a game into your booth design. We’re happy to work with your team or any third-party booth designer to work out the best way to present your game. Past clients have used a series of iPads on hired plinths, large format screens, and you could even use a branded retro arcade cab to make a real statement – you’d certainly be hard to forget!

Note: we currently don’t ship our own arcade cabs as far as North America (they’re not trained well enough to handle those long Atlantic crossings, the poor things). However, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to advise on the many different ways in which you could present your game.

Tailored packages (from $5,330*)

If you’re looking for some extra customization to make a game look a little more you, then check out our tailored options below:

A re-coloured package starts from $5,330* – this means that the game art will be updated to match your brand palette and you’ll get a custom game name and logo.
If you want to amend the game characters and include custom collectibles, a re-worked package starts from $12,100*.
If you’re looking for all of the above PLUS a custom game environment and custom features, then prices for our re-skinned package start from $24,300*.
