🏆 Peek & Poke Monthly Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering our free prize draw competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Peek & Poke, their immediate families, agencies, or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. By submitting a score, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Competition Period

The competition starts at 09:00 (BST) on 01/07/2025 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on 31/12/2025. A new draw will take place each calendar month during this period.

4. Entry Deadline

To be included in that month’s draw, all entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT/BST, as applicable) on the final day of the month.

5. Entry Method

Participants may attempt any of our demo games as many times as they wish. However, each eligible individual will only be entered once per month, based on the submission of a valid score using a unique email address. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

6. Entry Validity

Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted without an email address, or received after the deadline will not be accepted.

7. Winner Selection

Each month, up to 10 winners will be chosen at random from all valid score submissions received that month. Winners are selected using an automated randomisation script monitored by Peek & Poke to ensure fairness.

8. Prizes

Prizes may include:

🏆 Peek & Poke merchandise
🏆 Ready-To-Go games from Peek & Poke
🏆 Thumble game vouchers
🏆 Other promotional items as announced on Peek & Poke’s email or social channels

Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided upon score submission. If there is no response within 5 business days, or if the email bounces or is invalid, an alternate winner may be selected at Peek & Poke’s discretion.

10. Prize Fulfilment

Peek & Poke will inform winners of the delivery process. We are not responsible for delivery delays or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party supply issues or logistics disruptions.

11. Age Restriction

Entrants must be 18 or older. The competition is not open to individuals under the age of 18. Any entrants found to be underage will be disqualified. By submitting a score, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

12. Publicity

Winners may be invited to consent to having their name and organisation (if applicable) published on our website or social media. No personal details will be published without prior consent.

13. Leaderboard Visibility

Players who submit a score will have their name temporarily displayed on the public leaderboard. Names are anonymised within a few days after submission, and email addresses are hashed to protect privacy.

14. Marketing Communication

If you enter using a business email address, Peek & Poke may contact you about relevant products and services under our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

For personal email addresses, we will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in via the leaderboard submission form.

15. Data Protection

16. Technical Responsibility

Peek & Poke accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical issues, server downtime, or network failures. We also disclaim liability for any unauthorised acts or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or service providers.

17. Liability

Peek & Poke gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality or suitability of any prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

18. Competition Integrity

Peek & Poke reserves the right to disqualify any participant if we believe they have acted fraudulently or breached these terms. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or withdraw the competition or any associated prize at our sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.

19. Governing Law

This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.

20. Changes to the Promotion

Peek & Poke reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Peek & Poke website. In the event of cancellation, no liability shall fall on Peek & Poke, and no compensation shall be payable.
