The campaign launched at the beginning of December, and the game theme was applied to all of the wider campaign creative.

To drive its success, the Multipipe team created a dedicated landing page with links to the game, promoting it through social media, their website, and email newsletters. Customer-facing employees added a campaign mention to their email signatures and were encouraged to discuss the game during customer calls.

The team shared stats from the game dashboard as a talking point on social media, using player numbers and other key figures to maintain momentum with their promotion efforts. They even recognised the top scoring player at the end of the campaign, with the prize winner drawn separately at random.

Snow much fun!

The game was a hit with Multipipe’s trade audience, with a whopping 4,500 total gameplays and an average of 27 plays per player! They even beat their objective by achieving seven new customer sign-ups!

Fran was also delighted with the level of engagement: “It was great to see that we had so many people playing pretty much every day and trying to beat their scores. We even saw whole families getting involved, as well as our actual customers, and having a bit of a mini competition between themselves”.

With a small marketing team, it’s important for Multipipe to use trusted suppliers and be efficient when setting up their campaigns. When talking about the experience of using Peek & Poke games, Fran said: “It doesn’t take me too long to get everything correct and ready to go, which is great. And I don’t have to worry about it going wrong or technical issues or anything like that.”
