In 2024, we updated the pricing structure of our ready-to-go games to provide even more flexibility for clients looking to run a game campaign.
Packages have now been separated from Campaign Types , meaning you’ll be able to get more value out of your campaign budget – however long you want to run it for.
Here we’ll explain how the pricing structure works, outline what each campaign type is for, and answer the common questions that come our way.
If you have any questions that we haven’t answered below, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

Packages
The first drop-down menu on a ready-to-go product page allows you to choose your package. We offer three package tiers (Essential / Standard / Premium ) with different features available depending on what you need from your game.
Note that the Budget package is no longer available.
For an in-depth comparison of the features and customisation options available for each package, see our pricing page .
Campaign Types
The second drop-down menu on a ready-to-go product page allows you to choose your campaign type. This is where you can select the licence period (how long the game will be available to play), as well as whether you want your game for a regular online campaign or for an event.
Note that the event options may not be available for certain seasonal games.
Read on to learn more about each of these campaign types. 👇
Online (1 Week / 1 Month / 3 Month / 1 Year)
This option is for digital marketing campaigns .
Once you set up and launch your game, you’ll be able to share the URL with your mailing list, on social media, or via other online channels.
Here’s an overview of how an online campaign works:
You share the game URL via online channels.
You can also promote this URL offline (flyers, POS, QR codes, etc.)
Players access the game on their own devices.
The game will include external links and secondary CTAs.
For multi-level games, all levels are included for players to progress through.
Cookies track the game’s performance and speed up score submission for repeat players.
A 12-month multi-game licence  is also available on request. Note that this multi-game licence is only available with our Standard package ready-to-go games.
At the end of your chosen licence period, players will no longer be able to access the game and will instead be shown an end-of-campaign message set in the game editor.
You’ll still have access to the reporting features and player data in the game dashboard for up to four weeks.
Note that certain seasonal games are not available with certain campaign types. For example, ready-to-go Christmas games are only available for a 1-month or 3-month campaign.
Single Event (1 Week)
This option is for using a game at a single event such as a trade show or exhibition.
You’ll need an internet-enabled device such as an iPad, laptop, or touchscreen (learn more about the available setup options ).
When purchasing a ready-to-go game, selecting this campaign type will ensure that your game is set up in event mode . Here’s a quick overview of what that means:
Most games have a lower minimum score requirement.
The screen for entering player details is cleared between games.
There’s no music or sound on the idle screens.
Multi-level games operate as a single level.
‘Game Over’ and ‘Submit Score’ screens return to the main menu after an idle period.
For most games, the main menu cycles between a leaderboard screen and an ‘attract’ screen showing off the game and high scores.
All external links are disabled.
After 1 week from game launch, the game will no longer be available to play (although you’ll still have access to the reporting features and player data in the game dashboard for up to four weeks).
Note that the Single Event option may not be available for certain seasonal games.
Multi Event (1 Year)
This option is for using a game at multiple events across any 365-day period – ideal for keeping costs down and improving trade show ROI .
There’s no limit to the number of events you can use the game at, however it will not be available for an online campaign (see Online above).
As explained under Single Event , your game will be set up in event mode and you’ll need an internet-enabled device such as an iPad, laptop, or touchscreen (see the available setup options ).
After 1 year from game launch, the game will no longer be available to play (although you’ll still have access to the reporting features and player data in the game dashboard for up to four weeks).
Note that the Multi Event option may not be available for certain seasonal games.
FAQ
Where can I compare the different package options?
Our pricing page provides an in-depth comparison of the features and customisation options available for each package (Essential / Standard / Premium).
What if I want more customisation?
Our tailored service provides greater customisation options for clients. If you’d like to discuss a project or would like a quote, please complete our briefing form .
How long does it take to set up a ready-to-go game?
We’ll provide you with detailed video guides and a series of supporting emails to help you quickly get a game up and running – even on the same day of purchase if that’s what you need!
Can you set everything up for me?
Choose the Premium package with a ready-to-go game and we’ll take care of everything for you.
When does my licence period begin?
Your licence period will only begin once you’ve set up your game and hit ‘Launch’ in the editor tool. It does not begin from the moment of purchase, meaning you can take as long as you need to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Note: If paying by invoice, payment must be made before you can launch your game.
When does the licence end?
Your licence will end once the full period since launch has elapsed (e.g. one week or one year). At this point, the game will no longer be available to play (although you’ll still have access to the reporting features and player data in the game dashboard for up to four weeks).
Can I extend the licence period after launch?
If you’ve already launched your game and wish to extend the licence period, get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
Why are some campaign types not available with certain games?
In most cases, because it doesn’t make much sense to offer every combination with every type of game. Want to use a Christmas-themed game at a trade show in the middle of July? Get in touch and we’ll be happy to sort you out! (We’d also be VERY interested in a follow-up case study 👀… )
I want to use a game at multiple events but don’t need it for an entire year. Can I get a discount on a Multi Event game?
This is not something we currently offer.
Can I use my game on multiple devices at an event?
Yes. Since our games are accessed via a URL, you can easily use it on multiple internet-enabled devices on your stand.
Can you take me to the page with all the games?
Here’s a link to all of our ready-to-go games .
This sure is a handy FAQ section. Got any others?
Yes indeedy. Check out our main FAQ page for answers to all things branded games. For answers to specific questions about trade shows and events, see our article on event mode .
